help me !!! What is jetmail error???

Dear sir, I have kept receiving jet Mail Error notes for a long time, unfortunately both I and my customers, such as Jim, Pat, John, listed below don't know what is wrong. Actually I don't know who is Jetmail System. Would do please to tell me what we should do to avoid such boring troubles in the future? Your reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
