Il faut modifier l'entrée NoDisplay du fichier
/usr/share/applnk/Settings/System/k3bsetup2.desktop
Mettre NoDisplay=False résoud le problème.
translation ~= you have to set in
/usr/share/applnk/Settings/System/k3bsetup2.desktop
NoDisplay=False
