Bunk sets up the convience package for 2.4 kernels w/ potato.

I've already set it up. Please read [1] for more information.

You must install a new version of modutils. Please read [1] for more
information where to get a package (and please read the warnings before
installing this package!).

 Any help would be awsome.

What version of Debian are you running? If you're running potato (2.2)
then you need to upgrade your modutils package. I have built a
modutils.deb to allow potato to run kernel 2.4.x. It's available at
http://locust.lcs.mit.edu/~noahm/modutils/modutils_2.3.14-3_i386.deb

Simply download that, install it, and run 'depmod -a'. All should be
fine after that.
