I've been sitting on an update of XFree86 for slink (3.3.2.3a-12) because I hadn't heard that a revision release was upcoming and I wanted to accrue as many bugfixes as possible for it. None of them are security fixes (fortunately), but some of the rate rather highly on the annoyance and user-visiblity scales, and could be troublesome for newbies. Now I hear I've missed two deadlines already. Can someone make announcements about this to -announce or -devel-announce? Or -private? I subscribe to lots of Debian lists and this is the first I've heard of it. I only skim -user so it's pure luck that I saw *this* message. -- G. maintainer of CD images
I would like to download a CD image of the current SLink release. That is 2.1r2, right ? I've found only the 2.1r0. As I have heard that the images should be up to date I would like to know who is responsible for the images, so I can remind him to update the image. Steffen
