I'd suggest starting there: https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/11.1.0+nonfree/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-11.1.0-amd64-netinst.iso If you can install via Ethernet before using the wireless interface, I would suggest that you do so. This is an _old_ adapter 2013-2015, I think? and may not be as capable as newer hardware, but in this case I think there is soemthing else?
