It was a stupid problem !!!
The slot is bad !!, when I changed the slot everything is now working
fine!!!

Are you using the same kernel version on the machine where it works 
and the machine where it doesn't?

Check that you already have installed the required firmware for the 
device and the proper kernel module is being loaded. Also, take a look 
into "dmesg" to get additional info on what went wrong.
