pbuilder and CONCURRENCY_LEVEL

How can I set CONCURRENCY_LEVEL when using pbuilder?
CONCURRENCY_LEVEL=9 pbuilder build file.dsc doesn't work.

Found it, there is an option to pass parameters to dpkg-buildpackage:
--debbuildopts -j9
