ppp, must dial 0 before number, how?

I need to dial 0 to phone out of the building, how to I set up ppp to wait for 
a new dialingtone after the 0?

Put 0, (without quotes) in front of the number you're trying to dial.
The comma makes your modem wait for two seconds after the initial 0.

I have been asking the same question before and make up the following resume:
(you can also read mgetty+sendfax info you'd find that dial-command  ATX0DP0 
would do

the job (it says don't wait for the dial tone, go to pulse mode, dial 0))

so put
Dial Command = ATX0DP0
in your wvdial.conf

  Standard way is with a comma.  So I would try to run pppconfig and edit
the connection to read 0,(Phone number).  Not tested so I don't know if
PPPConfig will let you do it.  if not edit the particular ip script
manually.  Just some ideas.
