si no tens res important al wine fes
$ sudo apt-get purge wine
i a veure què tal
o (alerta, borra tot lo que tinguis instal·lat amb wine), al proper
inici de wine ho regenera
$ rm -rf ~/.wine

el wine nomes hi faig servir molt de tant en tant el winbox per les RB de
guifi.net i pel que sembla tambe el silverlight aquest

Crec recordar que vaig instal·lar el Silverlight quan em van posar el
Movistar+ i es podia veure el Yomvi des del PC... al final no va funcionar
i ho vaig deixar correr. Pero ara veig que si que funciona al Chrome.

Aquests programes que fallen han funcionat bé durants uns quants mesos...

No, no ho he vist mai a la configuració per defecte de Debian.  Altres
distribucions ho tenen però concretament Debian no, que jo sàpiga.

En una instal·lació de debian 8, quan faig algo com:

service ssh restart

No veig cap missatge de confirmació, només em torna a una nova línia de
terminal.

En altres ordinadors, em sortia una línia en verd confirmant-me que la
cosa havia anat bé... Em pasa amb totes les comandes, com per exemple
apt-get install elquesigui.deb

Diria que aquesta instal·lació de debian, precuinada en un servidor
cloud (iwstack), deu tenir alguna opció tipus "no prompt" però en la
línia de "no verbose, no mostrar missatges"...

Icedove, Iceweasel i Konquerror es tanquen als 15 segons.

Tinc un problema a la meva debian 8... bé a unes aplicacions, en concret el
client de correu Icedove, i els navegadors Iceweasel i Konquerror. els 3,
quan els obro, als 15 o 20 segons es tanquen sols.

Es curios que l'Icedove si el poso en mode Fora de Linea, aguanta un rato
més sense tancart-se.

No se com solucionar-ho i no se perque va començar a fer-ho. (ja fa unes
setmanes que em passa)

Hola,

Tinc la impressió que el que comentes pot tenir a veure amb "Systemd".
Però em desconcerta el que comentes d'apt-get. Si és la teva primera
debian 8, això tindria relació amb que fins a la 7 la gestió de l'arranc
de serveis era "SysVinit". El scripts del /etc/init.d, així com la
comanda service.

Amb el canvi a systemd, després de llargues discussions, es manté la
interfície que molts tenim acostumada. Però hem d'anar pensant a canviar
a usar systemctl.

Fent un cop d'ull, veig que tant la comanda que comentes com la que crec
que es correspon amb systemd:
# systemctl restart ssh.service
No generen res al stdout. En canvi potser el que busques et sortirà amb:
# /etc/init.d/ssh restart
[ ok ] Restarting ssh (via systemctl): ssh.service.

Sobre l'apt-get, pots explicar-te una mica més?
