Quero saber se esta licença pode ser considerada DFSG e por conseguinte 
as fontes do senhor Ray Larabie adicionadas ao projeto Debian.

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. Larabie Fonts expressly disclaims any warranty for the 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The
SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" 
without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the 
implied warranties or
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. 
The entire risk

arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Larabie Fonts 
be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of 
business profits,

Nao, pois ela nao permite trabalhos derivados e alteracoes. Nao
encaixa-se na DFSG.

Podes tentar falar com o cara para ele mudar a licenca ;)

Você não pode derivar nenhum produto a partir dele.
Isso é freeware, não free software. 
Não tem a ver com a DFSG.

Sei que já falaram sobre 'derivar' produtos... mas essa cláusula aqui
faz com que ela não passe na DFSG... você não pode vender... não pode
incluí-la sequer em um CD do Debian que vai ser vendido por 1 real
a mais que o preço de custo...

As fontes do Larabie já estão na Debian, em 3 pacotes:

ttf-larabie-deco - Decorative fonts from www.larabiefonts.com
ttf-larabie-straight - Straight fonts from www.larabiefonts.com
ttf-larabie-uncommon - Special decorative fonts from www.larabiefonts.com

Todos estão em non-free.
