Olha Rafael, Sim esse é o pacote de desenvolvimento, para compilar qq coisa as dependências serão sempre pacotes de desenvolvimento. e para o gtk apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev Boa sorte.. Este seria o pacote de desenvolvimento? Instalei o libglib2.0-dev, beleza não deu mais problema com aquilo, mas agora me apresentou um problema com o GTK checking for pkg-config...
