Request Tracker

Pessoal, 

Instalei o Request Tracker via apt-get install request-tracker1.

Instalou normalmente, porém não consigo rodar o cgi:
http:1.2.3.4/cgi-bin/webrt.cgi

Me dá esta mensagem de error!

Apache/1.3.26 Server at debian.dominio.com.br Port 80

Tenho que checar alguma coisa no Apache ?

Request Tracker

Pessoal, 

Alguém já instalou o Request Tracker via apt-get. 

Eu fiz a instalação via apt-get e foi instalado todas as dependências, mas
não sei como proceder para acessar o sistema.

Alguém pode ajudar ???
