IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) sin enbargo trae una serie de ventajas sobre POP, mas funcionalidad en tratamiento de buzones multiples, puede dejar el correo en el servidor (hasta que lo decidas borrar) mientras que POP se lo baja del servidor y no deja nada (por defecto) con la consecuencia que el correo solo lo podras leer en la maquina que te lo has bajado, bajarlo de otra localizacion seria inutil. En cuanto a velocidad, IMAP es mas rapido, solo se baja las cabeceras cuando revisas el mail, no se baja el mensage entero hasta que lo lees, POP se baja todo haciendo que si hay un mensage gordo tarde mas en bajarse todo el correo que va detras. En resumen el IMAP es para usuarios que quieren acceder al correo desde multiples localizaciones o maquinas distintas y el POP para usaurios que solo gestionen su correo desde una localizacion. Problemas con gnome2 y nautilus2

Al hacerlo ha quitado, ha puesto y todo parece ir bien excepto que no me carga el nautilus2... Problema con touch-pad
Que tal lista, me acabo de comprar un toshiba satellite 1900-SP303, y despues de mucho batallar logre configurar las X, pero mas o menos a los 5 segundos de inicar el modo grafico deja de funcionar el touchpad, y si me paso a una terminal de texto y regreso al modo grafico, funciona el touchpad pero solo por otros 5 segundos. Si me dices como las has configurado te digo cuanto consume en mi sistema las X, ya que a mi los reyes me han traido una Xelo MX440. Un saludo. Hola, quiero instalar la JVM que distribuye SUN. El problema es que por lo que he leido esta no viene en la distribuicion, por problemas con la licencia. En el sitio de SUN uno puede bajar un rpm o un programa de instalacion para linux, el problema es que yo creo que al instalar alguno de los dos el sistema quedara inconsistente. Se descomprime creando un directorio donde tu quieras, y cuando lo quieras desintalar solamente es borrarlo. Tengo una, en windows se ve y se oye, y en linux se ve solamente, y no se escucha nada. ¿Alguien que la tenga funcionando en linux me puede pasar sus opciones para la tarjeta en el modules.conf?
