Proba de renombrar el archivo /etc/X11/XF86Config como /etc/X11/XF86Config-4
a ver que pasa!
Ya que si configuraste el X con el xf86config te guarda los cambios en el
XF86Config, pero te esta tratando de levantar la configuracion del XF86Config-4
