Error al conectarse.....

Hola:

Por favor, es el tercer envio de este mail. Tiren alguna ayudita...

Intento conectarme con un servidor de internet. Luego de conectarse se 
corta la comunicacion y sale este mensaje de error:

Error 17: The PPP negotiation failed because serial loopback was detected.
***

Alguien sabe que es esto? Como se soluciona ??
