Tal vez deberías decirle al mozilla que no intente navegar a través del
proxy para acceder a la IP 192.168.0.1

 Tengo esto en el /etc/network/interfaces

 # Ethernet Surecom
 auto eth0
 iface eth0 inet static
 address 192.168.0.1
 netmask 255.255.255.0
 network 192.168.0.0
 broadcast 192.168.0.255

 y al hacer ping 192.168.0.1 me sale

 PING 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1): 56 data bytes
 64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=0.0 ms
 64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=255 time=0.0 ms
 64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=255 time=0.0 ms

 --- 192.168.0.1 ping statistics ---
 3 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 0% packet loss
 round-trip min/avg/max = 0.0/0.0/0.0 ms

 ¿porque si pongo en el mozilla la direccion del proxy como 192.168.0.1
 no funciona (me dice el documento no contiene datos) y si pongo
 127.0.0.1 si funciona? ¿no son la misma maquina?

Yo pongo en el proxy el 192.168.0.1 y me contesta que el documento no 
tiene datos, en cualquier web www.barrapunto.com por ejemplo, pero si le 
pongo 127.0.0.1 si funciona, ¿no debería funcionar tambien con 
192.168.0.1 puesto que es la ip de la propia maquina igual que la 127.0.0.1?
