Tambien podes hacerlo con addgroup usuarioaagregar grupo
y lo del sndconfig apt-get install sndconfig

modconf y cargas el modulo via. Ademas deberas meter al usuario que
quieras que use la tarjeta de sonido dentro del grupo sound. El
archivodesde el que haces eso es /etc/groups
