Te puede gustar o no el nuevo paradigma de gnome-shell pero funciona bastante bien, la verdad, y lo más importante desde mi punto de vista, es que es aceptablemente estable. Por su parte, GNOME3 tiene aún cosas por mejorar (por ejemplo, la gestión de múltiples monitores no está nada pulida) y alguna cosilla más pero nada extremadamente grave o serio.
