Olay tamamdir, herhangi bir distupgrade vs. talebi ile
karsi karsiya kalmadan 4.2 ye gectim. KDE
kullanmayacagim bundan sonra sanki...

Siz Xfce hangi depodan kurdunuz ?
Debian resmi deposundan mi yoksa, Os-works.com deposundan mi?

Debianin deposunda Xfce'in 4.0 sürümü mevcut, ama diger resmi olmayan
depoda 4.2 sürümü mevcut. Dedigim uygulamalar 4.2 sürümünde mevcut,
bunlar belki 4.0 yoktur.

xfce zaten xfwm display manager i kullanan bir desktop . 
Default window manager'i da update-alternatives --config
x-display-manager ile secebiliyorum. Ama orada xfce xfwm olarak
gorunuyor

kullanmıyorum, gidip ~/.xinitrc   de   exec wmaker  diyorum . Sende
