OK, that definitely closes the issue, then.

Hopefully, some day, the Turkish Standard Organization would
standardize one of those and push harder for adopting it. That would
be good as I think it's probably quite an awful nightmare to have two
different possible layouts in the same country for computers.

What is the most used of both ?

Most used is trq. But many schools teach trf for fast type writing and
as Recai mentioned government uses that a lot.
