Bug#102303: wnpp: RFA: malsync -- Avantgo<-->Palm sync software

2001-06-25 Thread Ashley Clark
Package: wnpp
Version: N/A
Severity: normal

Hello,

I will not be able to give this package much attention because I no
longer own a Palm computer.

There are a few open bugs on this package.

79797: A mysterious segfault during syncing, I have not been able to
reproduce this and this may be solved by the newer version.

80603: A portability problem on Alpha chipsets, again, this may be
solved by the newer version in the archive.

79798: A wishlist item to make malsync behave friendlier with USB Palm
devices.

I all, I hope I'm not OT here.

http://nettoe.sourceforge.net

it's a console based tic-tac-toe game
playable over a network.

It's written in C and the last stable
version is 1.0.5

I'd really like to see it in Debian.

Let me know.

Thanks,
 G.Gabriele

Bug#102242: ITP: libapache-mod-trigger -- trigger actions on certain events

2001-06-25 Thread Pawel Wiecek

X-Debbugs-CC: debian-devel@lists.debian.org

Libapache-mod-trigger gives you hooks into each Apache request to launch
triggers if certain actions occur. You specify the actions through directives
that mod_trigger adds to the webserver.

2001-06-25 Thread Pawel Wiecek
Package: wnpp

X-Debbugs-CC: debian-devel@lists.debian.org

Libapache-mod-repository can be used to create repository for content (images,
html, pretty much anything...). Sample uses are an image server, a content
server for a couple of differnent web logs, a place to archive messages for a
BBS and a place to store anonymous content. Stored files can be retrieved by
specifying a 32 character key.

Libapache-mod-index_rss provides RSS output for directories. Sites that
publish mainly static content to directories (whether images, html...) can use
it to have dynamic lists of their content.

Bug#102234: ITP: libapache-mod-cgi_debug -- CGI debugging

2001-06-25 Thread Pawel Wiecek
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-devel@lists.debian.org

Libapache-mod-cgi_debug is designed to help with the CGI programming and
debugging process. While programming a CGI script, it is often rather
difficult to discover what is actually getting returned to the web server.
Rather than chopping up your CGI script with a whole bunch of debug print
statements, a single change to the action statement of the calling form will
bring up a nicely formatted page with all of the information that the web
server sees, including any get and post arguments, and the send and recieve
headers.
