This package is already in unstable, this is the changelog so far:

sylpheed-claws (0.6.2claws11-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Updated po/pt_BR.po and changed _Resumo to Re_sumo because it
was avoid alt+r to work as 'reply'. Sent upstream.
  * Fixed problem with doc-base.sylpheed-claws-{en,ja}. The 'Document:'
header was set to 'sylpheed-claws' in both and it should be
  sylpheed-claws-{en,ja}, respectively.
  * Removed "Section: mail" from binary package.

sylpheed-claws (0.6.2claws11-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial Release. (Closes: #114467)
  * I borrowed the manpage used in the sylpheed package and
adapted it to use it on sylpheed-claws.

Description: a Python module for id3-tags manipulation
id3-py is a simple Python module for retrieving and setting so-called
ID3 tags on MP3 compressed audio files through an object-oriented
interface. MP3 players generally use this simple information for
display track title, artist name, and album title while playing
 the sound file.
 .
ID3.py supports ID3 version 1.1, including the track number field.

nTAIM is a curses-based AOL Instant Messenger client which is
quite featureful. It supports tab completion, custom color
schemes, logging, buddy aliases, buddy pounce, and a number of
other things.

nTAIM is released under the terms of the GNU GPL and its home
page can be found here:

I intend to package and upload nTAIM within the next few days.
Thanks.

my concern is your statement that you have not/do not use it. how do you
notice packaging mistakes? deal with bugs? One of Debian's strengths has
always been that the people doing the packaging used their own packages.

I mailed Tom as well and he was quite happy about it... What's better,
shall I package it and put it on a separate (maybe Tom's) site (and put
it in the distro later)? Or shall I just package it into Woody...

How is that different from the python-xmlrpc package?

Ah, okay.

I think we need a policy for naming of python module packages,
from the name `xmlrpclib' I would never guess it's a python
module.

Wichert.

There is a draft python-policy. I filed it against xmlrpclib since that
is upstream's name. I tried to avoid a duplicate ITP.

That, and I need it to get narval packaged.

It also seems to be the "default" python-xmlrpc. It's the one that gets
discussed by O'Reilly and in the XML-RPC Howto.

I have already filed ITP's for xmltools and xmlrpclib, the two
outstanding packages to make it possible to package Narval.

Well, they call it Python xmltools. This is the description:

" ... Right now it features two pyGTK widgets: XmlTree and XmlEditor,
which can respectively display and edit an XML document in a graphical
fashion."

Not much to complain about there.

It's what I'm planning on doing. I just don't want someone to file a
duplicate ITP under xmltools.

It's called xmltools upstream, which I also think is a bit grandiose :-)
