Bug#143084: ROX-Filer 1.3.4
Marcin Juszkiewicz [EMAIL PROTECTED] schreef: In my respository you can find rox 1.3.4 packaged. I have just installed your package. When I click on the help-icon, I get the error-message that /usr/share/doc/rox-cvs/html can not be found. If you can - please grab it, try and say how it looks so maybe we will have more Debian friendly rox-filer package as 'official' ones. Indeed. You have done a great job. For me, it is alright that you take over the creation of the rox-filer package file. -- Met vriendelijke groetjes - Jan Wagemakers - ... Linux inside

Bug#164490: ITP: dictionary-el -- Dictionary Client for Emacs
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist * Package name: dictionary-el Version : 1.8.3 Upstream Author : Torsten Hilbrich [EMAIL PROTECTED] * URL : http://www.myrkr.in-berlin.de/dictionary/ * License : GPL Description : Dictionary Client for Emacs dictionary-el is a DICT (RFC 2229) client for (X)Emacs, with support for brace-delimited cross references and UTF-8-encoded entries. Rationale: While this package might not be as general as lookup-el, it has some key advantages over the latter: * Because it only supports the one protocol, it is several times smaller. * Its documentation is in English rather than Japanese, making the package accessible to a wider audience. * It doesn't insist on interpreting non-ASCII characters as Japanese. -- Aaron M. I saw a mail about it in debian-devel long time ago (2000) saying that no packaging should be done unless the license change. This is it, license is now GPL. But I cant find any ITP in the BTS about this package, just a recent RFP, so I close it in the meantime. You can check preliminary package at http://balios.org/tetrinetx/ Cheers, --=20 Helios de Creisquer [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.tuxfamily.org/[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.vhffs.org/[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.gnu.org/[EMAIL PROTECTED] GPG(1024D/96EB1C44): FB11 8B80 4D86 D9C2 DE0C 11D7 2FA8 A5CC 96EB 1C44 --6c2NcOVqGQ03X4Wi Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9dAbuL6ilzJbrHEQRAkMxAKDKSAj8OorGAKn+CEM//ZOyL+n//QCgq+od ySTQ1fGNUe+AJhbhtdExH90= =lKC1 -END PGP SIGNATURE- --6c2NcOVqGQ03X4Wi-- --- Received: (at 155493-done) by bugs.debian.org; 12 Oct 2002 19:31:28 + From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Oct 12 14:31:28 2002 Return-path: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Received: from bangpath.uucico.de [195.71.9.197] by master.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.12 1 (Debian)) id 180Ryy-0006gy-00; Sat, 12 Oct 2002 14:31:28 -0500 Received: by bangpath.uucico.de (Postfix, from userid 10) id 705B126B34; Sat, 12 Oct 2002 21:30:45 +0200 (CEST) Received: by fisch.cyrius.com (Postfix, from userid 1000) id 2B3DE22CD2; Sat, 12 Oct 2002 21:31:18 +0200 (CEST) Date: Sat, 12 Oct 2002 21:31:18 +0200 From: Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Robert Millan [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED], Helios de Creisquer [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Bug#155493 acknowledged by developer (WNPP cleanup) Message-ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED] References: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline In-Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] User-Agent: Mutt/1.4i Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] * Robert Millan [EMAIL PROTECTED] [2002-10-11 11:11]: for what i can see, tetrinetx is not in debian. you might be confused with gtetrinet which is the client. 4346:[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~] madison tetrinetx tetrinetx | 1.13.16-1 | unstable | source, i386 -- Martin Michlmayr [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Bug#164490: ITP: dictionary-el -- Dictionary Client for Emacs
Aaron M.Ucko (2002-10-12 14:35:49 -0400) : * Package name: dictionary-el Version : 1.8.3 Upstream Author : Torsten Hilbrich [EMAIL PROTECTED] * URL : http://www.myrkr.in-berlin.de/dictionary/ * License : GPL Description : Dictionary Client for Emacs dictionary-el is a DICT (RFC 2229) client for (X)Emacs, with support for brace-delimited cross references and UTF-8-encoded entries. I'm pretty sure this has already been requested. Originally as a bug against emacs-goodies-el, which I happen to maintain, submitted by Neal Walfield. I retitled it to an RFP since I thought that would not be an appropriate addition for emacs-goodies-el, but I can't seem to find the bug report on the WNPP page... [Some time passes] Ah, found it. It's bug #111436. It seems to have been closed by a spammer, and archived afterwards. I'm not sure how inflexible the limitation on changes is for archived bugs, but if possible I'd consider merging the two bugs together. If not, then I suggest you directly tell Neal that the package is available. Roland. -- Roland Mas Êtes vous sûr ? (O/N) -- Derniers mots d'un ordinateur

Thanks for pointing me at Neal's request; I'll try merging the bugs, failing that closing both in my changelog entry, and failing *that* just mailing him directly. ;-) -- Aaron M. Bug#164525: ITP: circ-tex - LaTeX macros to typeset circuit optics diagrams.
Package: wnpp Version: N/A; reported 2002-10-12 Severity: wishlist * Package name : circ-tex Version : 1.0e Upstream Authors : Sebastian Tannert [EMAIL PROTECTED] Andreas Tille [EMAIL PROTECTED] * URL : http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/generic/diagrams/circ/ * License : Non-free Description : LaTeX macros to typeset circuit optics diagrams. The circ package can be used to typeset circuit and optics diagrams. This LaTeX package provides a convenient way to draw diagrams containing not only resistors, capacitors, transistors, op-amps; but also lenses, mirrors and the like. . circ uses METAFONT to draw its symbols, so you do not need to use PostScript.
