I intend to orphan the licq package. I haven't been maintaining it
properly in some time anyway, and I'm no longer using it very much.

The package description is:
This is an ICQ (messaging/chat) client daemon, supporting a number of
interfaces via plugins, primarily Qt, but also GTK, console, and
other utility plugins. At least one plugin is required for LICQ to
 function.
 .
Implemented features include messaging, user add/remove, chat,
audible alerts, skin and icon pack support, docking support for
 WindowMaker/AfterStep/Enlightenment among others.
 .
 More features may be forthcoming.

 Class::DBI::Pager is a plugin for Class::DBI, which glues Data::Page

when you have to do something like:

 * retrieve objects from a database
 * display objects with 20 items per page
 .
In addition, your work will be reduced more, when you use
 Template-Toolkit as your templating engine.

Description : Help when paging through sets of results

When searching through large amounts of data, it is often the case
that a result set is returned that is larger than we want to display
on one page. This results in wanting to page through various pages of
data. The maths behind this is unfortunately fiddly, hence this
 module.
 .
The main concept is that you pass in the number of total entries, the
number of entries per page, and the current page number. You can then
call methods to find out how many pages of information there are, and
what number the first and last entries on the current page really
 are.

  Description : A more complex retrieve_all() method for Class::DBI

This is a simple plugin to a Class::DBI subclass which provides a
 'retrieve_all_sorted_by' method.
 .
This method will be exported into the calling class, and allows for
retrieving all the objects of the class, sorted by the given column.
 .
The argument given will be passed straight through to the database
'as is', and is not checked in any way, so an error here will
probably result in an error from the database, rather than Class::DBI
itself. However, because of this it is possible to pass more complex
 ORDER BY clauses through:
