Bug#352653: RFP: libdomainkeys
retitle 352653 ITP: libdomainkeys -- DomainKeys reference implementation tags 352653 patch waits-for-sponsor owner 352653 [EMAIL PROTECTED] thanks I have created a set of packages available from http://www.kibibyte.se/download/debian/. As a proof of concept, this mail is DK-signed using it (and a custom Exim package). However, there seems to be some confusion as to copyright and licences. http://antispam.yahoo.com/domainkeys states that "Yahoo!'s DomainKeys Intellectual Property may be licensed under either of the following terms: * Yahoo! DomainKeys Patent License Agreement [v1.2] * GNU General Public License version 2.0 (and no other version)." But the license included in the source tarball is "Yahoo! DomainKeys Public License Agreement v1.1". There is also no mention of GPL. I guess that the *patents* are licenced separately from the reference *implementation*. If so, there seems to be no clear copyright statement in the tarball (the "Copyright (c) 2004, Yahoo! Inc." in softwarelicense1-1.html appears to refer to the license text itself, I mean, it's meant to used for redistributions with additions and modifications as well). So in debian/copyright I wrote "Copyright (c) 2004-2006, Yahoo! Inc. and contributors." and a reference to the HTML file. The Makefile was very simple and only built a static library, so I manually "libtoolized" it quite a bit. Next I'll create a pkg-config file. -- Magnus Holmgren[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] (No Cc of list mail needed, thanks) pgptt8nPb95aH.pgp Description: PGP signature

See http://mugshot.org . Mugshot is currently in limited trial so most users won't have access and the client will be useless to them. . Right now, the Linux Mugshot client can: * display an icon in the status area with a menu to access active web shares and your home page * display pop up bubbles for incoming notifications * handle Mugshot chat rooms that the user opens from the browser * keeps track of your currently playing music (Rhythmbox only so far) Note: I don't plan to upload this until the trial has expanded significantly or the project has been opened up for everyone. The Mugshot Client License Agreement also puts restrictions on distributing modified copies using the Mugshot trademark. Bug#373416: ITP: tworld -- Chip's Challenge Game Engine Emulation
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Gerfried Fuchs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * Package name: tworld Version : 1.3.0 Upstream Author : Brian Raiter <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * URL : http://www.muppetlabs.com/~breadbox/software/tworld/ * License : GPL Programming Lang: C Description : Chip's Challenge Game Engine Emulation Tile World is an emulation of the game "Chip's Challenge". "Chip's Challenge" was originally written for the Atari Lynx by Chuck Sommerville, and was later ported to MS Windows by Microsoft (among other ports). . Please note: Tile World is an emulation of the game engine(s) only. It does not come with the chips.dat file that contains the original level set. This file is copyrighted and cannot be freely distributed. The chips.dat file was originally part of the MS version of "Chip's Challenge". If you have a copy of this version of the game, you can use that file to play the game in Tile World. If you do not have a copy of this file, however, you can still play Tile World with the many freely available level sets created by fans of the original game, including CCLP2. Because the version that Microsoft released introduced a number of changes to the rules of the game, Tile World is capable of emulating either the MS version or the original Atari Lynx version of the game. There is an intro.dat with 9 levels included that are free, so it can go into main. I am though taking a closer look into the CCLP2 (Chip's Challenge Level Pack #2) for further DFSG free levels for the engine. If I don't find any I hope there are at least some of them able to go into non-free. So long, Rhonda -- Jetzt ist Sommer, egal ob man schwitzt oder friert, Sommer ist, was in deinem Kopf passiert.
