Upstream has advised me that the insani patches to the onscripter
engine are not expected to have good compatibility between versions,
and therefore creating a distribution package is ill-advised. As such,
I'm closing my ITP.

I've created this font from a sample of my own handwriting. I've
packaged it for debian. The package builds with no lintian/linda
errors or warnings, and it is currently available via apt from:

deb http://lair.fifthhorseman.net/~dkg/fonts/apt sid main
deb-src http://lair.fifthhorseman.net/~dkg/fonts/apt sid main

(the apt repository is signed by my own gpg key, ID A54B6365 )

If someone wants to sponsor this as an upload to unstable (or
experimental, if you prefer), that'd be great, as i'm not a DD.

Bug#402551: ITP: gnome-orca -- Scriptable screen reader

Hi,

 Only if you use reportbug which will set the x-debbugs-cc by default;
if you send it manually, it doesn't reach debian-devel. Of course, you
can send it manually and add x-debbugs-cc.

We lack documentation ATM, but it's relatively straightforward: we use
svn-buildpackage in mergeWithUpstream mode. Your diff should only have
a debian/. We mostly use CDBS for simple packages and pure debhelper
for more complex packages (especially platform libs with multiple
 builds).

Upon your import, you should add the GNOME team as uploaders with the
control.in trickery you can see in the other modules (check any CDBS
module, only an include and a build-dep are required; slightly more for
non-CDBS sources). I can do it if you prefer.

We also have an alioth mailing-list where all BTS traffic goes
(subscribed to all PTS packages). I'll subscribe it to the orca PTS
 when you import it.

Because orca is an official module, it should be added in
 svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-gnome/desktop/unstable for the
 unstable branch.

(We're discussing a revamp of the layout to add tags and trunk dirs on
 [EMAIL PROTECTED])

I've found two user names for "Kartik Mistry": kartik-guest and
kartikm-guest; which one should I add to the pkg-gnome project?

You're welcome to join #gnome-debian on GIMPNet (irc.gimp.org) if you
 have any question.

   Cheers,

Xdd is a tool for measuring and characterizing disk subsystem I/O on single
systems and clusters of systems. It is a command-line based tool that grew
out of the UNIX world and has been ported to run in Window's environments
as well. It is designed to provide consistent and reproducible performance
measurements of disk I/O traffic. There are three basic components to xdd
that include the xdd program itself, a timeserver program, and a gettime
program. The timeserver and gettime programs are used to synchronize the
clocks of xdd programs simultaneously running across multiple computer
systems.

I built a "quick and dirty" package,
if you want to take it as a basis fell free to do it so.

It's in my private repository :

White_dune is a graphical VRML97 editor, simple (NURBS) 3D modeller

and let the user change the scene graph, fields and routes. This can
be used to improve or make VRML97 3D-worlds, animations and
interactions.

The modelling features of white_dune are not strong enough (yet), to
use it alone. It makes sense, to let it work together with a 3D
modelling tool with static VRML97 export (like for example wings3D or
Art Of Illusion).

In difference to most 3D modelling tools the lightning/colouring and
the internal structure of white_dune is based on the VRML97 standard.

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I have not used it for a long time, and the maintainer should at least
know which gateways work and which don't.

Moreover, the version currently in Debian is not developed any more. The
new version (2) needs libpcre++, which is not packaged (see #260077),
and I don't have enough motivation to package and maintain a package
which is dead upstream.

Marcin

Bug#404375: interested in comaintaining texmacs

Okay.

Thanks!

Please don't expect too much from my experience ;-)
I don't consider a comaintenance in details yet but, for some
while, basically I build and upload the package and if you have
any contribution(s) please send me a patch and/or file(s) and
I'll incorporate it/them to the package and I document your
contribution in changelog. If there is big changes or modifications
(not appropriate to patches etc.) to packaging let's discuss it
between us before uploading.

The plan sounds great and I completely agree to what you are saying.
