Hello Actually lubos (#nel on freenode) packaged/updated these packages, but he is not a Debian Maintainer yet is interested in updating and maintaing these packages, including mtp-target. The package is filed since mid-September, and fix this would have take 10 minutes (including building the package, install it and check it's workng). It's not RC because py2.6 is still in experimental, because the maintainer doesn't want to upload until everything is fixed. Did you know that? I bet there are also changes which are not present in the core++ package. Part of the problem is to identify the exact CORE version that was included in the CGAL sources.
