Hi dear Nexuiz maintainers,

Devid filed this ITP ~2 weeks ago, and closed it some hours later. Now,
looking around for 3D FPS available for Debian, I fell on the Xonotic project,
and then on this ITP. So now I wonder: given the situation of Nexuiz (and its
Xonotic fork), are there some plans to provide Xonotic as a successor of
Nexuiz in Debian or will it (if it will) be packaged separately?

Cheers,

just this: Organizing and managing a complete bibliography, from small
bibliographies to bibliographies for a complete research department.

Bug#627518: ITP: libjs-mathjax -- a cross-browser JavaScript display engine

2011-11-04 Thread Yaroslav Halchenko
not sure if I would find time to dedicate... so it must be clean clean for me
to sponsor it right away (i.e. no new issues must be detected) --
otherwise it would take looong and you might seek sponsorship elsewhere... so
here is the checklist to make sure to address

* MSG in README.Debian sounds like a showstopper

  Cannot find valid copyright holder.

what is it about exactly since Design Science, Inc.
listed in debian/copyright...

so resolve it one way or another ;)

* fixup packaging so it is fresh lintian clean and builds in clean
  environment

  - I see from looking at debian/ online:

  #Vcs-Git: git://git.debian.org/collab-maint/libjs-mathjax.git
  #Vcs-Browser:
http://git.debian.org/?p=collab-maint/libjs-mathjax.git;a=summary

  - double entries

README-branch.txt

  - provide description in lintian override why it is legal

* debian/copyright looks complete but it would be great if you assure that it
is (another round of licensecheck -r --copyright .)

* make your GPG keys available on a public server
* upload signed packaging to mentors

Otherwise it looks like a great job -- should not be left without upload ;)

Hey Guido

I was working on TAP-Formatter-HTML again today, and noticed now one

I think if my research is ok, then this will not be acceptable to the

jquery.js is not the only problematic part, there are other:

Sorry for the delay.

I have had a look at all the lintian I tags. There are a lot of
hyphen-used-as-minus-sign (100+) and I am not sure whether they are worth
fixing (would be a lot more work then the gains). I have anyway fixed
a small typo adding the new patch fix_manpage_spelling.

I have also updated and converted debian/copyright to DEP5. I may have
missed something, but it looks quite complete.

Final note. Since this new release, curl can be also built using polarssl
1.0 (which is the version in Debian), and I was wondering whether it would
make sense to add support for it too (adding libcurl3-polarssl and
libcurl4-polarssl-dev packages). I didn't try to build with it yet though.

Apart from that the package looks quite complete, could someone please have
an "in depth" look at it?

Cheers

Hi Alessio, thanks for your interest in this tool.
Yes I still have interest in packaging it for Debian but I need help.
I use a software (LaunchBash) to do packaging for Ubuntu and upload to
PPA, but I don't know how to package for Debian, your help would be
much appreciated.
Boot-Repair needs 3 packages : boot-repair , boot-repair-common and
clean-ubiquity-common . Their sources can be found here:
https://launchpad.net/~yannubuntu/+archive/boot-repair/+packages .
They are made of Bash scripts, so i guess packaging should be quite
simple?

Best regards
Yann , Boot-Repair & OS-Uninstaller developer
