  Description : Macromolecular coordinate library

MMDB is designed to assist developers in working with macromolecular coordinate
files. The library handles both PDB and mmCIF format files.

The Library also features an internal binary format, portable between different
platforms. This is achieved at uniformity of the Library's interface functions,
so that there is no difference in handling different formats.

MMDB provides various high-level tools for working with coordinate files,
including reading and writing, orthogonal-fractional transforms, generation of
symmetry mates, editing the molecular structure and more.

MMDB is previously written by Eugene Krissinel, and is distributed as a part of
the CCP4 suite. This project maintains a current stand-alone version of the
library.

Bug#587062: exactimage 0.7.8-1

Yep, it was my fault: I prepared few QA uploads [1] before freeze and I had
missed that this package was in ITA state.

Unfortunately, I have removed my version of package. But I've sent small patch
which may be interesting for you:
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=587062#69

As we can see in my RFS message [2] there were very few changes. And all these
changes you have already done in git repo.

Personally I was interested in libpng15 transition. I've tested build and it
was successful.

It's a pity that libpng15 transition was not finished in Wheeze. But this is
normal. I hope it will be finished in the next release.

Best regards,
Boris

Bug#679950: RFP: fpc-chm -- CHM-compiler for Lazarus and FreePascal

* Package name: fpc-chm

http://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/packages/chm/
* License : Same as FreePascal?
  Programming Lang: Pascal
Description : CHM-compiler for Lazarus and FreePascal

We have many packages of software that can read and/or view CHM-files,
but we haven't got any package that can create CHM-files. xmlto can
create only that directory structure for CHM-file, but it can not
compress it to final CHM-file.

I already suggested that a package called hhm should be
Debian-packaged, but then I realized it is probably impossible,
because it depends on libraries that can not be found on the Internet
no more.

This package made for Lazarus can do both directory structure and
compression. Therefore it would be nice to have as Debian-package. I
hope you will make this as stand-alone as possible, so users of this
package will not need to install umpteen gazillion FreePascal- and
Lazarus-packages that are only needed by developers.

Here is also announcement of this package:

It was not intended to be, I just wanted to have the (strange?)
license in the ITP. Unfortunately, the boilerplate doesn't allow to
cleanly do this. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
