Hello

As I am no longer involved in Scilab, I would like help on this package.
It is not hard and not a tricky package.

The Maven processor plugin helps to use from Maven the new annotation

CalculiX GraphiX (cgx) is a 3-dimensional pre- and post-processor for

calculated and post-processed. The pre- and post-processor is an
interactive 3D-tool using the openGL API. In addition to the Calculix CrunchiX
results files (frd) results from OpenFoam, Duns (2D and 3D), Isaac (2D and 3D)
and Nastran (f06) can be read. For preprocessing Netgen nativ
format, STEP and STL can be imported.

I prefer to maintain the package under the debian science blend.

PySoundFile can read and write sound files in a variety of formats and eases
the application of signal processing algorithms.
File reading/writing is supported through libsndfile. PySoundFile represents
 audio data as NumPy arrays.

Full documentation is available on http://pysoundfile.readthedocs.org/.

To my knowledge, there is no libsndfile wrapper for python in Debian yet (which
is a pity).
I intend to do the packaging under the pkg-multimedia-maintainers team umbrella
(if I can interest my team fellows, otherwise I will package it on my own).

Bug#783538: RFP: libcommons-jcs-java -- Java Caching System

Upstream Author : The Apache Software Foundation
* URL : http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-jcs/

  Description : Java Caching System

JCS is a distributed caching system written in Java. It is intended to
speed up applications by providing a means to manage cached data of
various dynamic natures. Like any caching system, JCS is most useful for
high read, low put applications. Latency times drop sharply and
bottlenecks move away from the database in an effectively cached system.

JCS is required for JOSM = 8279.

The libcommons-jcs-java package is probably best maintained within the
Java team.

Bug#777000: Limereg_1.4 release schedule

2015-04-27 Thread Roelof Berg
Ok, I'm fine with an early release of V1.3.1 (which was accepted by the package
server allready). I was just concerned wether the current version would be good
enough for Debian. If not, V1.4 certainly will be. If V1.3.1 is allready
sufficient, great, then go ahead :)

Thanks for the fast feedback.

Bug#783519: RFH: gluegen2 -- Tool to automatically generate the Java and JNI code

2015-04-27 Thread Sylvestre Ledru
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I request assistance with maintaining the gluegen2 package.
This is necessary to update jogl2

The package description is:
Gluegen reads as input ANSI C header files and separate configuration files
which provide control over many aspects of the glue code generation. GlueGen
uses a complete ANSI C parser and an internal representation (IR) capable of
representing all C types to represent the APIs for which it generates
interfaces. It has the ability to perform significant transformations on the
IR before glue code emission. GlueGen is currently powerful enough to bind
even low-level APIs such as the Java Native Interface (JNI) and the AWT Native
Interface (JAWT) back up to the Java programming language.
 .
This package contains some Java sources necessary to build gluegen-based
 packages.

Bug#783518: RFH: libjogl2-java -- Java bindings for OpenGL API

2015-04-27 Thread Sylvestre Ledru
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I request assistance with maintaining the libjogl2-java package.

I am not doing much lately this package as I am not using it anymore.

The package description is:
The JOGL project hosts the development version of the Java Bindings for
OpenGL (JSR-231), and is designed to provide hardware-supported 3D graphics
to applications written in Java. JOGL is not the official reference
implementation of the JSR, but an evolving workspace; snapshots are taken
from this workspace which become the official reference implementations of
 the JSR.
 .
JOGL provides full access to the APIs in the OpenGL 1.3 - 3.0, 3.1 - 3.3,
= 4.0, ES 1.x and ES 2.x specification as well as nearly all vendor
extensions. It integrates with the AWT and Swing widget sets, as well with
custom windowing toolkits using the NativeWindow API. It is part of a
suite of open-source technologies initiated by the Game Technology Group at
 Sun Microsystems.

Bug#783440: ITP: golang-fleet -- Distributed init system using systemd and etcd

Description : Distributed init system using systemd and etcd

Fleet ties together systemd and etcd into a distributed init system.
It is as an extension of systemd that operates at the cluster level
instead of the machine level. This project is very low level and is
designed as a foundation for higher order orchestration.

this does seem to be a Go libary but rather a tool that happens to be
implemente in Go, so you should drop the golang- prefix from the package
name.

Bug#783560: RFA: php-crypt-blowfish -- Allows for quick two-way blowfish encryption without requiring the MCrypt PHP extension

2015-04-27 Thread David Prévot
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I request an adopter for the php-crypt-blowfish package.

Mathieu used to care about this package as used by Horde, and so did I
since it was used by ownCloud, but that’s not true anymore. I believe
it’s now superseded by php-seclib anyway. If someone cares about
php-crypt-blowfish, now might be a good time to step up (including
joining upstream maintenance: the last stable upstream release was
almost ten years ago).

The package description is:
This package allows you to perform two-way blowfish encryption on the fly
using only PHP. This package does not require the MCrypt PHP extension to
work, although it can make use of it if available.

Regards

David
