in the V0.0.2~pre0 package uploaded.

But still there are some points not completely clear to me:

someone please give me a pointer?

* Python3: As this software especially targets production use, currently
Python 2.6 is attempted to allow use over a broad range of OS. If community
is sufficiently large to support a parallel Python2/3 development, Python 3
support is definitely a goal.
* Python2 reference from package: Changed from

  to
  #!/usr/bin/python2 -BEsSt
  Is this sufficient to address the issues from the review?
* Python package dependency: Not sure how to handle that in suitable way:
there is no abstract "python2" package, so add a control file for to source

  As second solution seems simpler, I prefer that.

I have added a watch file because lintian complained about that, now it is
complaining about the existence of the watch file. (The pubkey issue I'll
fix as soon as it is clear, if a watch file is really needed).

@Versioning:
* I was just waiting for pointers for good versioning policy during and
after porting from java. As the package was already needed to be available
on Ubuntu, I started with simple versioning scheme with major.minor.sub.

I am interested in this package and would like to see it included in
Debian. I spent a brief look into it already and found a number of
issues:

 * debian/copyright: The license grant for the MIT license suspiciously
   looks like a GPL grant and references the non-existent file
   /usr/share/common-licenses/MIT.
 * khal.conf.sample should be installed using dh_installexamples instead
   of dh_installdocs.
 * Your patches say what they are doing, but the patch headers lack
   reasoning on why they are necessary (in particular the second patch).
 * It seems that you are packaging khal as a Python2 application, but
   upstream only declares it working with Python3. Is there any reason
   not to use Python3?

Not neccessarily:

At first, sway will be uploaded to "unstable" and unstable is actually quite
very uptodate. After some days and if it's free from bugs of severity
"serious" and higher, it will automatically migrate to "testing".

So unstable and testing are actually usually quite uptodate and people run
unstable and testing and they are used to create a number of popular
derived distros, *buntu is one of them. So it's useful to have sway
there and updated regularily.

And then, there will be a freeze of testing at the end of this year and
then sometime next year testing will be declared "stable". stable is
free of major changes (well, except for firefox and the kernel and
some…) and in general only receives security fixes.

One easy way of preventing sway from being released as stable is to file
a RC bug to prevent it from entering "testing".

Urgh, no! That's "Denglisch" or "Germish", i.e. a mixture of German
and English and surely worse. :-)

The plan is the following:

* The source package will probably named "internationally": dpmb (for
  either "Debian-Paket-Management-Buch" or "Debian Package Management
  Book" since the website is also on www.dpmb.org.

And even then. I'd consider it common sense to have the primary
package description in English, and it should explicitly state that
the book is in a non-English language, like e.g.

be "book about...".  And I wouldn't use "with" quite like that.  How

The license for tqdm is confusing. Pypi claims it is MIT, but one of the main
contributors is using MPLv2.0
