Torch Package for Torch Framework

Torch is the main package in Torch7 where data structures for
multi-dimensional tensors and mathematical operations over these
are defined. Additionally, it provides many utilities for accessing
files, serializing objects of arbitrary types and other useful utilities.
 .
The Torch Package contains Tensor Library, File I/O Interface Library,
 and some Useful Utilities.

It's the libretro core of Snes9x, basically you use a frontend like RetroArch
to get access to the core, no gtk or legacy CLI stuff. Wanna move the sponsoring
from this package to there?

Do you want to drop the old snes9x package then? I'd be fine with that
as avoiding duplication is always a good thing.

Bug#826467: ooni-backend notes

2016-06-05 Thread Iain R. Learmonth
hellais ╡ irl: regarding ooni-backend, to create a sane configuration
you need to create some directories for it and adjust the default
configuration.
╡ namely the directories in here:
https://github.com/TheTorProject/ooni-backend/blob/master/oonib.conf.example#L2
╡ also when installing ooni-backend I would set it up in a way
that the bouncer is disabled, that just requires that you leave the
bouncer_file: null.
╡ the policy_file: null should also be set so that it doesn't
follow the mlab policy

Bug#826428: O: gcompris-qt -- Educational games for small children - experimental Qt rewrite

2016-06-05 Thread Yann Dirson
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I intend to orphan the gcompris-qt package.

The package description is:
A large collection of educational games for small children, designed
to be a unified interface to integrate more educational games.
 .
This is the rewrite of GCompris using Qt Quick technology.

My children have grown up and don't use GCompris any more; the Qt
variant has quite active development which makes it quite
time-consuming to work on.

Biggest task of the moment is to find a way to deal with the copyright
info of the collection of data files coming from various sources -
upstream being open to suggestions as to how to deal with it.

This package is needed for Emacs' pdf-tools.

This package adds marks and filters to tabulated-list-mode. It
also kind of puts a dired face on tabulated list buffers.

It can be used by deriving from tablist-mode and some features by
using tablist-minor-mode inside a tabulated-list-mode buffer.
