Bug#864355: ITP: cod-tools -- tools for manipulation of Crystallographic Information Format v1.1 and v2.0 files
Hi Andrius, thanks for this interesting ITP. This package seems to fit nicely into the scope of Debian Science or DebiChem. I'd like to suggest you should maintain the package in either of this team. Bug#863216: ITP: emacs-ivy -- a generic completion frontend for Emacs
Hello Sean, On Fri, Jun 09, 2017 at 03:18:40PM +0100, Sean Whitton wrote: > > Renaming branches is equivalent to rewinding history, so please avoid > that. > > We're going to need two source packages, so I think we should have two > repos, organised like this: > > emacs-ivy-doc -- just 'master' branch > > emacs-ivy -- 'upstream' branch with cleaned sources, 'master' branch > including debian/ dir Thanks again for the help :-) Emacs-ivy currently has a master-dfsg branch created by copying the debian/* from master to the imported upstream-dfsg source. I've renamed upstream-dfsg to upstream. Unfortunately I didn't 'git checkout master -- debian' from within the master-dfsg branch, so when I merged master-dfsg to master I had to allow unrelated histories and the end result is messier than I'd like. The emacs-ivy-doc repo is going to be easier because I can rebase as necessary before the initial push. Would you like to see all the docs in emacs-ivy-doc, or only the two non-free ones? By the way, how soon do we (as pkg-emacsen) have to implement policy 12.4, and can you provide an example of the style we're going to use? Do we also provide the .org and .md markdown files or convert everything using pandoc and install that? Sincerely, Nicholas signature.asc Description: Digital signature

It is thought to be a successor of el-expectations. With Emacs Lisp Mock, `el-mock.el', Emacs Lisp Expectations supports mock and stub (behavior-based testing). The package uses `ert' feature to display test result, so it is quite easy to understand why a test failed. --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: ert-expectations-el Source-Version: 0.2-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of ert-expectations-el, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive. This tool fetches JSON based remote server information from a brokerage host (formerly knows as UCCS server). This tool will be used by the to-be-provided remote-logon-service package. . Around 2012, Canonical Ltd. developed a remote logon feature for Unity Greeter that supported FreeRDP logons. Citrix Logons were planned, too, but never finished (IIRC). The corresponding components in Ubuntu are thin-client-config-agent and remote- login-service. . The X2Go project (i.e. me) later on provieded patches for X2Go Sessinn logon support via Unity Greeter, but those patches never got upstreamed. And the UCCS remote logon concept has been discontinued ever since AFAIK. . The continuation (and improvements) of Unity Greeter's remote logon feature will be published under the name Arctica Greeter (i.e., greeter frontend for LightDM). As a UCCS-like server, the X2Go Session Broker can be used. However, in the Arcitca Project's context, we also plan to provide such a brokerage feature which then can be plugged into Arctica Greeter. . The components in Ubuntu are thin-client-config-agent and remote-login-service. The forked projects provide the continuation of those projects in a completely different name space. Thus, the named Ubuntu packages and the forked packages should be co-installable. --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: remote-logon-config-agent Source-Version: 0.9-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of remote-logon-config-agent, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive. The service monitors a master broker server (with sub-brokers) and obtains information about available remote desktop servers from the brokers. The service is used from within Arctica Greeter itself. Arctica Greeter provides a remote session logon feature to the user, when remote servers are available. . History: Around 2012, Canonical Ltd. developed a remote logon feature for Unity Greeter that supported FreeRDP logons. Thus, the named Ubuntu packages and the forked packages should be co-installable. . Most of the remote logon code has been contributed by Ted Gould from Canonical. Thanks to Ted for this awesome effort on the related components. --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: remote-logon-service Source-Version: 1.0.1.1-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of remote-logon-service, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.
