Bug#923220: ITP: arduino-package -- Utility for creating Arduino Debian packages

2019-03-02 Thread Kashif Shah
Hello Phillip,

For what it is worth, I was able to clone from your git repo, build the
application, and create a .deb for Arduino IDE 1.8.8 without issue.

Is there any chance that you could import that repo into salsa.debian.org
so that the folks at https://salsa.debian.org/electronics-team/arduino can
take a look?

Best regards,
Kashif

A cross platform nodejs package to make sure that the calling program can be
sure
that NTP time sync is enabled, no matter where it is being run.

Unfortunately Debian/GNU/Linux support is...sketchy and part of packaging this
is
probably going to involve actually making it work along more use-cases that

I intend to orphan the eterm package.

The package description is:
A terminal emulator in the spirit of xterm or rxvt, eterm uses an
Enlightenment style config file, as well as themes. The Imlib2 graphics
engine is used to render images. This version supports background images,
pixmapped scrollbars, pseudo-transparency, and POSIX threads.

I don't have time nor interest in it anymore. This package does not play well
with UTF-8. Furthermore, upstream seems to not take care of it anymore. Last
time I talked to him was 2 years ago, and no actions taken.

I can help new maintainer interested in Eterm to upload it (in case s/he doesn't
have upload rights).

Thanks,

Bug#921716: ITP: icingaweb2-module-ipl -- icingaweb2 php library

2019-03-02 Thread Sebastiaan Couwenberg
Hi David,

Just noticed this package in the NEW queue, and I wonder why you aren't
maintaining this package within the Nagios team where icinga2 &
icingaweb2 are also maintained.

Your ITP doesn't make it clear why this module was packaged in the first
place. What are you trying to achieve by packaging this module?

Kind Regards,

Bas
