Bug#959412: node-puppeteer: progress

2020-05-17 Thread merkys
Hello,

I have made some progress in packaging node-puppeteer, thus I switched
to ITP. @types/node does not seem to be a blocker. Getting dependencies
right is much more work-intensive.

Control: retitle -1 O: json-c -- JSON manipulation library
X-Debbugs-CC: camerontnor...@gmail.com

Hi Cameron,

Thanks for offering to adopt the package json-c in Debian. However, you
submitted the ITA request back in Feb 2019 and it has been more than
one year without activity.

Due to inactivity, I am converting your ITA request back to the
orphaning status.
If you are to work on json-c package soon, please let me know ASAP.
Otherwise it would be better to provide chance to others on fixing this package.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Bug#960847: RFP: cpplint -- static code checker for C++

2020-05-17 Thread Bálint Réczey
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name: cpplint
  Version : 14.5
  Upstream Author : Google Inc. et al.
* URL : https://github.com/cpplint/cpplint
* License : BSD 3 clause
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description : static code checker for C++

Cpplint is a command-line tool to check C/C++ files for style issues
following Google’s C++ style guide. Cpplint is developed and
maintained by Google Inc. at google/styleguide, also see the wikipedia
entry

While Google maintains cpplint, Google is not (very) responsive to
issues and pull requests, this fork aims to be (somewhat) more open to
add fixes to cpplint to enable fixes, when those fixes make cpplint
usable in wider contexts.

Thanks in advance,
Balint

Bug#960137: ITA: duck -- checks URLs in debian/control and debian/upstream files

2020-05-17 Thread Baptiste BEAUPLAT
Control: retitle 960137 ITA: duck -- checks URLs in debian/control and

Control: owner 960137 !

I'm interested in maintaining the duck package and the associated
service at http://duck.debian.net.

I do not have the mean to host the service myself,
so it will need either a sponsored or a DSA VM
(as suggested by pabs).

Note that I'm not a DD (just a DM) so I will need a someone
to grant me right on both salsa projects.

Best,
