Thanks again for your feedback. I think I fixed all the issues you previously
told me about, and am ready for follow up. Here is the package
https://mentors.debian.net/package/usbredir/.

I have targeted experimental instead

I added #911431 and #988329 to the changelog. I hope retitling this bug solves
the "package closes bug in a wrong way" lintian error. Otherwise could you
please help me fix this?

I have fixed all of these lintian messages except for the one that I mentioned.
I have updated from 0.8 to 0.10.0, fixed the compat level, updated the
standards version, and fixed the remaining items.

Thanks again!

Bug#901973: ITP: node-destroy -- Node.js stream destruction utility, with quirk handling

2021-07-19 Thread Shayan Doust
Hello,

I will be packaging send-transform soon and this is a dependency.

Any progress with this? If not, I'll package node-destroy.

Kind regards,
Shayan Doust

Subject: ITP: cutesv -- comprehensive discovery of structural variations of

Package: wnpp

* Package name: cutesv
  Version : 1.0.11
  Upstream Author : JiangTao
* URL : https://github.com/tjiangHIT/cuteSV
* License : MIT
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description : comprehensive discovery of structural variations of genomic
sequences
 Long-read sequencing enables the comprehensive discovery of structural
 variations (SVs). However, it is still non-trivial to achieve high
 sensitivity and performance simultaneously due to the complex SV
 characteristics implied by noisy long reads.
 .
 cuteSV is a sensitive, fast and scalable long-read-based SV detection
 approach. cuteSV uses tailored methods to collect the signatures of
 various types of SVs and employs a clustering-and-refinement method to
 analyze the signatures to implement sensitive SV detection. Benchmarks
 on real Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) and Oxford Nanopore Technology
 (ONT) datasets demonstrate that cuteSV has better yields and scalability
 than state-of-the-art tools.
