That is interesting. For information, what is stopt, please?
Is it [1], [2], or something else?

Description : generic serialization library for C++

The Generic Serialization library is designed to address the problem of C++
object persistence in situations where the most typical data access pattern is
"write once read many" (WORM). "Geners" is a set of tools and conventions
which allows its users to develop C++ classes that can be converted to and
from a storable stream of bytes in a well-organized and type-safe manner.
Serialization of STL containers is supported, including the ones added in the
C++11 standard. Independent versioning of each class definition is allowed.

Among others, compared to the boost serialization package, Geners archives
provide random access to stored objects and can be used to create and
serialize very large archive-based objects. Yet, only binary archives are
implemented, and implementing non-intrusive serialization is less transparent.

I am packaging this software as a dependency of stopt, which is a packaging
target of mine. I plan to maintain it myself.

I tried building gcc-sh-elf today now that binutils-sh-elf is available in
unstable
now. However, the build fails since makeinfo is missing:

checking valgrind.h usability... /<>/src/missing: 81: makeinfo:

WARNING: 'makeinfo' is missing on your system.
You should only need it if you modified a '.texi' file, or
any other file indirectly affecting the aspect of the manual.
You might want to install the Texinfo package:

The spurious makeinfo call might also be the consequence of
using a buggy 'make' (AIX, DU, IRIX), in which case you might
 want to install GNU make:

Could you have a look and fix the issue?

Zydis is a fast x86/x86-64 disassembler library. It supports all x86 and AMD64
instructions and extensions, doesn't perform dynamic memory allocations, is
thread safe by design and has no third party dependency - not even libc.

This is a dependency of Dynarmic, a dependency of the yuzu emulator -

Description : GNOME portal backend for xdg-desktop-portal

xdg-desktop-portal-gnome provides a GNOME implementation for the
desktop-agnostic xdg-desktop-portal service. This allows sandboxed
applications to request services from outside the sandbox using
GNOME services such as the session manager and Shell.

---

This is fully GNOME-specific, like a GNOME equivalent of
xdg-desktop-portal-kde (and unlike the x-d-p-gtk backend available in
Debian 11, which is somewhat desktop-neutral and has been treated as
part of the Flatpak family of packages). It will be maintained in the
GNOME team.

The code in this package used to be part of xdg-desktop-portal-gtk, but
that backend was a mixture of general GTK things (which can work equally
well on other GTK desktops like XFCE or MATE, and are broadly suitable as
an implementation of last resort on any system that happens to have GTK
installed) and GNOME-specific things (most of which genuinely do need
core GNOME components). Those two classes of interface had conflicting
requirements, which can be resolved by separating them.

The GNOME-specific parts of xdg-desktop-portal-gtk are still available
for now as a transitional stage, but they will be disabled after this
package has got through NEW, and are likely to be deleted upstream in
the relatively near future.

This package is likely to depend on the x-d-p-gtk backend, which will
continue to provide its non-GNOME-specific interfaces. xdg-desktop-portal
can take individual interfaces from different backends, with the one
for the $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP "winning" and others being used as fallbacks.

Other GTK desktops (MATE, Cinnamon, XFCE, etc.) should either use the -gtk
backend if it is sufficient for their requirements, or implement their own
portal backend similar to this one to provide things that x-d-p-gtk can't do
in a desktop-agnostic way, such as screen sharing and wallpaper-setting.

Description : An algorithm to help integrate high-dimensional datasets

Harmony is an algorithm for integrating multiple high-dimensional datasets.
 .
harmonypy is a port of the harmony R package by Ilya Korsunsky.

Harmonypy is a package to help integrate high-dimentional datasets, such as
found while doing single-cell RNA-seq.

The popular bionformatics package Scanpy can use harmonypy for helping
integrate multiple datatypes, and some of the scanpy tests require harmonpy to
run.

As a bioinformatics package it pretty clearly belongs with the debian-med team.

for switching syntax highlighting on and off. It supports the 2010
WikiEditor toolbar as well as the VisualEditor toolbar.

I am working on the packaging on [0].
