Bug#959412: Puppeteer status?
Hi Andrius, I was wondering what is the status of this ITP? I need puppeteer for $DAYJOB, and I would prefer to use a proper Debian package. It seems not much has happened in the last year in the salsa repo, is there much left to be done? I would be happy to give it a go if you are not currently working on it.. Thanks. -- Martina Ferrari (Tina)

Bug#1002875: RFP:yt-dlp -- It is a fork of youtube-dl but with more fixes and features
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist * Package name: yt-dlp Version : 2021.12.27 Upstream Author : Name * URL : https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp * License : (unlicense) Programming Lang: Python or rather Python3 Description : It is a fork of youtube-dl but with more fixes and features (Include the long description here.) Please also include as much relevant information as possible. For example, consider answering the following questions: - why is this package useful/relevant? is it a dependency for another package? do you use it? if there are other packages providing similar functionality, how does it compare? I have been trying it out and it does have more features than plain youtube-dl. Also, it has been getting more commits than youtube-dl. Seems the package/utility has been there for around 6-7 months now. -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal शिरीष अग्रवाल My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com E493 D466 6D67 59F5 1FD0 930F 870E 9A5B 5869 609C

Bug#1002859: ITP: golang-github-lestrrat-go-envload -- environment variable manipulation library
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Stephen Kitt X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-de...@lists.debian.org * Package name: golang-github-lestrrat-go-envload Version : 0.0~20180221 Upstream Author : Daisuke Maki * URL : https://github.com/lestrrat-go/envload * License : MIT Programming Lang: Go Description : environment variable manipulation library This library provides functions to store, modify, and restore environment variables. This is useful for example to temporarily change values of environment variables for tests, as doable for example with Perl 5’s local variables. This is required for lestrrat-go-strftime. I’m planning on maintaining this within the Go packaging team.
Bug#1002858: ITP: golang-github-lestrrat-go-strftime -- fast strftime implementation for Go
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Stephen Kitt X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-de...@lists.debian.org * Package name: golang-github-lestrrat-go-strftime Version : 1.0.5 Upstream Author : Daisuke Maki * URL : https://github.com/lestrrat-go/strftime * License : MIT Programming Lang: Go Description : fast strftime implementation for Go This is a Go implementation of strftime, optimised for pattern re-use, and with support for as many conversion specifications as possible. It aims for POSIX compliance while still including widely-used non-POSIX format specifications such as "%f" or "%L" for milliseconds. This is required for the new Go version of Miller. I’ll be asking to join the Go packaging team to maintain this there.
