Bug#263125: O: fftw3 -- Library for computing Fast Fourier Transforms

2004-08-02 Thread James A. Treacy
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I am orphaning fftw3.

The package description is:
This library computes Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) in one
or more dimensions. It is extremely fast. This package
contains the shared library versions of the fftw libraries
in single, double and long double precisions. Note that on
some architectures double is the same as long double in
which case there is no long double library.
 .
To get the static library and the header files you need to
 install fftw3-dev.
 .
 For documentation install fftw3-doc.

Bug#242468: RFA: libofx -- library to support Open Financial Exchange

2004-04-06 Thread James A. Treacy
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

This package is bug free and easy to maintain. The primary user of this
library is gnucash and it makes sense for them to be maintained by the
same person.

Bug#242467: RFA: gwrapguile -- Tool for exporting C libraries into Scheme interpreters

2004-04-06 Thread James A. Treacy

Package is bug free and pretty easy to maintain. As the primary user of
this package is gnucash, it would make sense for them to be maintained
by the same person.

This should probably be maintained by a German speaker as HBCI is only
used in Germany and the development mailing lists are in German.

Bug#239296: RFA: gnucash -- gnome accounting package

2004-03-21 Thread James A. Treacy
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

The gnucash package is big, with a growing number of bugs, and I no
longer have the time needed to maintain it. The packager needs to be
able to work with upstream. At a minimum you should be comfortable
with a debugger and willing to learn scheme. If a group could be found
to maintain it, that would be ideal.

Bug#132020: O: glut -- The OpenGL Utility Toolkit

2002-02-02 Thread James A. Treacy
Package: wnpp

Pretty much bug free. There has been no upstream activity for a few
years. The issue of exactly what the license is should be cleared up.

Bug#91805: O:xmille -- The classic game of Mille Bourne

2001-03-26 Thread James A. Treacy
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

This package is being orphaned. A simple recompile should be
sufficient to close two of the three outstanding bugs.
The source is in the public domain.

There seems to be no upstream maintainer, so you'll simply
have to use the existing source in the archive.
