I already ITP cairo-dock-plug-ins.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=493737

I am working package to this. But I take time a little.
A package is not divided in Ubuntu finely. This pakcage is too big to user.
I am going to distribute a package every plug in.
I will test these plugin. Therefore, I take time.

I think that a product will maintain a packaging team of cairo-dock by team.

Best regards,
  Nobuhiro

I think that the plug-ins package should be made a package every function.
For example, it will be necessary for nVidia plugin to be made a package as
cairo-dock-nvidia-plugin.
There is about approximately 30 plug in now.
I need confirm the movement of the package as package maintainer one by one.

Please wait packaging plugin.

I have already completed the package in hand.
It is to be working by Debian about lenny releasing, I have not done upload
yet.

I know the existence of your package that hear from cairo-dock developer.
I am dividing the package in detail.
I am having one (ex. MAC OS X theme) that is not Free not distributed.

As for these, if the release of lenny finished, upload will be done in Debian.

I didn't know this. Thank you.

This driver is necessary in new Macbook / Macbook pro.
This will not be necessary if xorg 1.8 or 1.9 is in unstable, and the
evdev driver who
supported MT comes to be usable.

Do you know whether multitouch in latest xf86-input-evde is already usable ?

Best regards,
  Nobuhiro

xf86-input-multitouch use mtdev library[0].
This library get kernel MT events and converts to protocol of typeB.
I already ITP mtdev and this is in new queue.

BTW, xf86-input-multitouch works in my environment.
I want to maintain this till evdev which supported multitouch is
installed in Debian.

Bug#688723: ITP: erlang-cowboy -- small, fast and modular HTTP server written in Erlang

2012-09-24 Thread Nobuhiro Iwamatsu
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
Owner: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu

* Package name: erlang-cowboy
  Version : 0.6.1
  Upstream Author : Loïc Hoguin
* URL : https://github.com/extend/cowboy.git
* License : ISC license
  Programming Lang: erlang
  Description : small, fast and modular HTTP server written in Erlang

  Cowboy is also a socket acceptor pool, able to accept connections
  for any kind of TCP protocol.
  .
  Cowboy aims to provide the following advantages:
  .
* 'Small' code base.
* Damn 'fast'.
* 'Modular': transport and protocol handlers are replaceable.
* 'Binary HTTP' for greater speed and lower memory usage.
* Easy to 'embed' inside another application.
* Selectively 'dispatch' requests to handlers, allowing you to send some
  requests to your embedded code and others to a FastCGI application in
  PHP or Ruby.
* No parameterized module. No process dictionary. 'Clean' Erlang code.

on golang's hash implementation. This structure is very scalable and stable.
  * Implemented slab allocator on off-heap.
  * Replaced implemantations of port driver with NIFs.

Bug#748279: RFS: janeclone/1.1.4 [ITP] -- friendly greeter

2014-06-25 Thread Nobuhiro Iwamatsu
Hi,

If you want to find a sponsor, you should not be using it this bug.
You must register the bug of RFS.
   http://mentors.debian.net/sponsor/rfs-howto
You seemed to read this, but Subject seems to be different. You must
not include a bug number in this.

So, I could check your package.

1. Please add debian version.
Debain version is not included in your package. Please add it.
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Version

2. Please delete the template file.
 Package has some in template file in debian dirtectory.
 For example, README, README.source, init.d.ex and other.
 A file having EX to extension is the template file which is
unnecessary with many packages.

 3. Please write copyright file exactly.
  Please see
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-docs.html#s-copyrightfile.

 4. Please include ITP bug number into changelog.
  Please see
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-source.html#s-dpkgchangelog.

 5. Please write control file exactly.

libxml2-dev (>= 2.8.0), fonts-mona, libcurl4-openssl-dev

  You dont need set all build-depend packages. For example, libc6,
libgcc1 and  libstdc++6
  are unnecessary. Also, here lists the packages required to build.
  For example, libatk1.0-0 is not necessary to build, it is a required
package to run this
  software. Perhaps, you should set libatk1.0-dev instead of this.
  Please see
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#s-sourcebinarydeps.

  6 Standards-Version: 1.1.4

  It is not a section to set a version of the software here. You set a
version in Debian Policy.

Bug#731893: ITP: libtsm -- Terminal-emulator State Machine

2013-12-10 Thread Nobuhiro Iwamatsu
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
Owner: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu

* Package name: libtsm
  Version : 3
  Upstream Author : David Herrmann
* URL : http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/kmscon/libtsm/
* License : Expat, LGPL 2.1
  Programming Lang: C
  Description : Terminal-emulator State Machine

 TSM is a state machine for DEC VT100-VT520 compatible terminal
 emulators. It tries to support all common standards while keeping
 compatibility to existing emulators like xterm, gnome-terminal, konsole, ..

 TSM itself does not provide any rendering nor window management.
 It is a simple plain state machine without any external dependencies.
 It can be used to implement terminal emulators, but also to implement
 other applications that need to interpret terminal escape sequences.

 This library is very similar to libvte of the gnome project.
 However, libvte is highly bound to GTK+, which makes it unsuitable for
 non-graphics projects that need to parse escape sequences. Instead,
 TSM tries to restrict its API to terminal emulation only. Furthermore,
 TSM does not try to establish a new terminal emulation standard, but
 instead keeps compatibility as close to xterm as possible.
 This is why the TERM variable can be set to xterm-color256 with any
 TSM based terminal emulator.
