Bug#257121: Adding data to ITP
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Hi... Adding missing stuff to the ITP: Description: Mercury is a new logic/functional programming language, which combines the clarity and expressiveness of declarative programming with advanced static analysis and error detection features. Its highly optimized execution algorithm delivers efficiency far in excess of existing logic programming systems, and close to conventional programming systems. Mercury addresses the problems of large-scale program development, allowing modularity, separate compilation, and numerous optimization/time trade-offs. License: GPL and LGPL URL: http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/research/mercury/ =) Peter -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFA5KDMXjDfzL4R9DcRAulhAJwJuaqAV/+WBhrUym8FGrj7NpSAPACfZCpE 5GZvpkqSyLXYFT4D8q29zHM= =tj8Q -END PGP SIGNATURE-
Bug#257121: ITP: mercury -- New logic/functional programming language
Package: wnpp Version: n/a; reported 20040701 Hi... I intend to repackage mercury for debian. Mercury is a research logic programming language, similar to prolog, but with strong type and mode systems, which allow very powerful static analysis. Mercury has been packaged for debian before (there is a rather elderly package in woody), but I believe it was removed due to release critical bugs and lack of love and attention. Preliminary packages are available from: http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/~hawkinsp/ =) Peter
Bug#255277: RFA: ttf-freefont -- Free Mono, Sans and Serif truetype fonts
Package: wnpp Version: n/a; reported 2004/06/20 Hi... I no longer really have the inclination to maintain ttf-freefont, since I use the bitstream vera fonts instead. I would therefore invite anyone interested to adopt this package. =) Peter
Bug#198828: Provisional pykota packages
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 retitle 198828 RFP: pykota -- PyKota is a complete Print Quota and Accounting Software Solution for the Common UNIX Printing System (aka CUPS) and LPR Next Generation (aka LPRng) thanks Hi... I've decided I'm too busy to properly support pykota packages, so I've put up some provisional packages on my web page, which could be uploaded by a budding maintainer who wants to support them: http://www.hawkins.emu.id.au/pykota/ =) Peter -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFADHC2XjDfzL4R9DcRArt+AJ94hPTpbnRLd9K5v0B/LZD+KDhfqACgtMX1 lGZG8mU43q/Zwdtax/SPnu0= =eF6q -END PGP SIGNATURE-
Bug#195675: Adding a RFA for pfaedit
submitter 195675 [EMAIL PROTECTED] retitle 195675 RFA: pfaedit -- Font Editor for PS, TrueType and OpenType fonts thanks Hi... I've taken over as maintainer for pfaedit, but since I have no terribly great interest in keeping it up to date except to keep my own packages building, I'm turning this bug into a standing request for adoption. Hopefully someone who has more interest in looking after this package will take it. =) Peter
Bug#195675: Intent to adopt pfaedit
retitle 195675 ITA: pfaedit thanks Hi... I'm happy to adopt pfaedit just to keep it more or less happy and up to date. One of my package (ttf-freefont), needs pfaedit to build, so I can look after pfaedit for you. Of course, if there's someone else out there who actually uses pfaedit more than me they are welcome to take it instead of me. =) Peter
Bug#185550: Intent to adopt htmlgen
retitle 185550 ITA: htmlgen thanks Hi... I want to adopt htmlgen (I have used it for some of my projects so I it's in my interests to keep it working). I already have some fixed packages that my employers are using internally. I also performed the last NMU that was made on HTMLgen. =) Peter
Bug#169772: ITP: xfonts-freefont -- free scalable fonts
