-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Subject: ITP: cutecom -- QT-based terminal emulator. Package: wnpp Owner: "Raúl Sánchez Siles" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Severity: wishlist * Package name: cutecom Version : x.y.z Upstream Author : Name <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * URL : http://www.example.org/ * License : (GPL, LGPL, BSD, MIT/X, etc.) Description : QT-based graphical serial terminal emulator. cutecom is a graphical serial terminal which use the QT library. Its functionallity is similiar to minicom and gtkterm. Altough all the main functionalities are included, specific new functionalities should be easy to code since there is only a single c++ code(<30KB) file to edit. Project upstream seems stalled since last year but it works ok. It is classified to be in beta stage. I'd hope I have the time to add more functionalities in the future i.e.: macros or representation types. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (99, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.14.5-rs Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) - -- Raúl Sánchez Siles -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFD4SeGSbRPhLCoLYYRAkR+AKCF4iCDsrstpk7ce1KUf4njgR7g2QCbBqok IbZ5F8CKCi/0ABd1F8lIxEE= =SyTF -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#329631: I'm also interested
reopen 329631 thanks Hello: I'm also potentially interested on these packages. In fact I dive into the three links provided before and I what I've see is: http://tevp.net/debian/ Out of date, packages from 2003 http://www.comnets.uni-bremen.de/~mab/debian/tinyos/ Latest updated. Unable to test them yet. Here are 4 packages, some of them have been revised and are available there. Bootstaploader, gcc, libc and binutils. http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu/pool/main/m/ Not as up to date as previous, but yet should be enough. Here are 7 pacakges. Boostraploader is not included, but gdb, jtag, python tools are present. It think it would be nice to get a coordinated effort to get all of them unified so both (ubuntu and debian) could profit of this. Unfortunately I overlooked them. Sorry about this. I've updated the packaging, based on upstream git snapshot. I didn't try harder for an upload for 0.4.5 since package and packaging was not ready for multi-arch. Recent git snapshots finally cope with multi-arch so I'm awaiting for a release. I've addressed most of the points Alessandro made. His comments were based on an old packaging version, so I already had fixed them. Copyright file is still not ready but I plan to fix it this week. Also removing autotools-dev b-p throws a lintian error and I've readded it. Alessandro, thanks a lot for the comments and for the sponsor offer. Repository and mentors have been updated as well. Feel free to review and send patches again them. Curiously enough, I also reach libsodium when trying to package tox.im :) So far I focused on libsodium package and I left tox behind. Latest advice from Alessandro was very specific, I updated package on my repository and reply him privately shortly after his email. I'd say package is in good shape and you can take it from either mentors or my repository [0] [0] http://trismegisto.no-ip.org/hg/libsodium-debian It's also my intention to move my repo to debian hosting, but no sooner there's a real need to do so. > It would be good to have it updated (due to removed bashism[1]) and > uploaded to Debian. May I finish the packaging based on your work? > Make you the maintainer / uploader (based on your wish) while I'd take > the other position. As I think I mentioned before, I have no plans to push this into the archive until I see a new upstream release. This said, feel free to take/use/modify what's already done, it's free software after all, I'm also open for a (preferably mercurial) collab-maint repository . I'm curious about what you think the package is missing (beside upstream release). If you really think [1] is really important I may try a refreshed upstream snapshot + mentors upload. > > Regards, > Laszlo/GCS > [1] > https://github.com/jedisct1/libsodium/commit/9b82685f142ca392cc0d4774e33be6 > 570b2139f3 Regards, -- Raúl Sánchez Siles ->Proud Debian user<- Linux registered user #416098 signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.
