which ones?

 I don't understand fully decisions you made (e.g. python packaging

 (actually, it's an independent packaging effort) to svn. Feel free to
 adopt my stuff, anyway.

 I had like to co-maintain the package, in case you merge my debian/*

 need autoreconf, why to support multiple python version, etc). Please,
 consider migration to git too:

 Gmsh is an automatic 3D finite element mesh generator (primarily
 Delaunay) with build-in CAD and post-processing facilities. Its
 design goal is to provide a simple meshing tool for academic test
 cases with parametric input and up to date visualization
 capabilities.

 Gmsh is built around four modules: geometry, mesh, solver and
 post-processing. The specification of any input to these modules is
 done either interactively using the graphical user interface or in
 ASCII text files using Gmsh's own scripting language.

 See Gmsh's reference manual for a more thorough overview of Gmsh's

 This version is build with tetgen 1.5 and metis. Tetgen support is

pARMS is a library of parallel solvers for distributed sparse
 linear systems of equations. It is based on a preconditioned
 Krylov subspace approach, using a domain decomposition viewpoint.
 The plural in Solvers is due to the fact that pARMS offers a
 large selection of preconditioners for distributed sparse linear
 systems and a few of the best known accelerators.
 The basic methodology used relies on a Recursive Multi-level ILU
 factorization wich allows to develop many of the standard
 domain-decomposition type iterative solvers in a single framework.

 discretize de Rham-type complexes in one, two and three dimensions.

 The main feature of GetDP is the closeness between the input data
 defining discrete problems (written by the user in ASCII data files)
 and the symbolic mathematical expressions of these problems.

 This version is compiled with SPARSKIT to solve linear systems.

Bug#586110: ITP: mumps-metis -- Mumps library with METIS support

* Package name: mumps-metis
  Version : 4.9.2
  Upstream Author : Patrick Amestoy et al.
* URL : http://mumps.enseeiht.fr/
* License : public domain
  Programming Lang: C, Fortran
  Description : Mumps library with METIS support

MUMPS implements a direct solver for large sparse linear systems, with a
particular focus on symmetric positive definite matrices. It can
operate on distributed matrices e.g. over a cluster. It has Fortran and
C interfaces, and can interface with ordering tools such as METIS.

Code_Aster (ITP 458812) uses MUMPS with METIS, so this package will
play a role in that packaging effort.

 What is the status of your Togl package at this point?

I managed to package togl 1.7 which is required for netgen.
You can find my proposed package at :
