Yes, I checked all RFPs older than two years and there are still lots of valid
ones open, some are even older than six years.

 that both are indeed inactive for two years?  (i.e. in CVS and mailing lists)

Willows Twins is completely dead (there was once a merge of some code into
wine).

smjpeg had it's latest release in 1999 (and on top of that, it's completely
useless nowadays as mjpeg is implemented in libavcodec from ffmpeg, which is
used by all video players nowadays and which is properly maintained and
thoroughly optimized).

I just didn't want to write lots of prose for each closed RFP and took
a standard disclaimer.
