The original source package is called 'rmagic', so the package is also
'rmagic'. I think the 'apt-cache search' utility is enough to find the
Debian package:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ apt-cache search report magic
rmagic - Report Magic for Analog.

I do apologise. I did look for it, but somehow missed it. This bug should be
closed.

(Maybe it should be called reportmagic not rmagic though? That might make it
easier for people to find. Just a suggestion.)

I just had a brief look at the reportmagic website.
On the "Installing the Source Package" webpage, there is a link to the
debian package - http://www.debian.org/Packages/unstable/web/rmagic.html.

Currently, is is a package called 'rmagic', maintained by Piotr
Roszatycki <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.

Bug#120613: RFP: Report Magic -- pretty post-processor for analog

2001-11-22 Thread Stephen Turner
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

Analog is a web server logfile analyser, and is already a Debian package.

Report Magic is a post-processor which produces prettier reports than
analog's native output, to please pointy-haired bosses everywhere.

Report Magic can be found at , is written in
Perl, and is licensed under the Artistic License.

I am not a Debian developer, but I am the upstream author for analog.

Thank you.
