  I think he was complaining about this:

Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.3-1), apt, sudo, perl

  ..in which case the appropriate thing to do is to file wishlist bugs
on auto-apt.

Yes but auto-apt uses sudo and sometimes (even if sudo in not
available for all users), users do not whish sudo to be installed on
their systems
