Bug#205392: JabRef is being prepared for Debian

I also tried to package jabref, and the source and binary packages
seem to work; but only with sun/blackdown j2re/j2sdk, I failed to
compile/run the application with free java VMs.

If somebody wants to take a look at the packages: they can be found
at .

PS: Please CC me on replies as I'm not subscribed to debian-wnpp.

As I wrote just yesterday in #205392, not very far.  The packages that I
have build with sun's Java, but I don't even remember whether the binary
works (since I didn't have time, I just took the compiled version from
the upstream site when I set up my working machine three months ago)
