2007-07-29 Thread Loïc Minier
Hi Filippo,

 I see you uploaded gnome-bluetooth; I would like to know whether I can
 drop it from pkg-gnome? There are some changes that you might want to
 merge:

  [ Oystein Gisnas ]
  * New upstream release
  * Add Bastien Nocera as author. [debian/copyright]
  * Bump debhelper comp. level to 5. [debian/compat, debian/control]
  * Update build-depends according to configure.in. [debian/control]
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.2. No changes needed. [debian/control]
  * Change libbtctl2-dev dep version to binary:Source to reobtain binNMU
compatibility. [debian/control]
  * Drop .la files. [debian/libgnomebt0-dev.install]
  * Move icon to Utilities menu. [debian/patches/10_desktop-file.patch]
  * Add watch file. [debian/watch]

  [ Loic Minier ]

Bug#253735: update

2006-12-19 Thread Filippo Giunchedi
Hi,
several people shown interest into gnome/bluetooth related packages which are
available at http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-bluetooth/
I'm not going to have time for this but I'll gladly sponsor packages if there's
the need to.
Given that we frozen etch I am going to spend more time into helping release,
but if someone wants to make unofficial packages (i.e. built from svn but not
uploaded) please go ahead.

Bug#253735: Any news?

2006-05-07 Thread Fabian Greffrath
Hi!

Is there any progress in integrating gnome-bluetooth into Debian?

I mean, Filippo wanted to upload a new package 'later this week' in
11/05 and now it's 05/06...

There is an Ubuntu package for years, should not be too hard to rebuild
it for the Debian archive?

Thank you!

Nice greetings,
Fabian

Bug#253735: Update? Repository for gnome-bluetooth package?

2006-01-21 Thread Barry Hawkins
Is there any update on gnome-bluetooth? The unofficial repository seems
to no longer be available and the last message here is two months old,
yet a search for gnome-bluetooth in the Debian repostories for all
releases, even experimental, yields no results. If there is a new
unofficial repository or if user should try and build the package from
source, please let us know.

Regards,

we are working on it and other bluetooth-related packages at
http://pkg-bluetooth.alioth.debian.org
I tried an upload of gnome-bluetooth some time ago but there are license issues
(in particular I need to make the license of the two libraries included
explicit) but that shouldn't be much work.
I plan to re-upload gnome-bluetooth and friend later this week, stay tuned :)

2005-11-21 Thread Joachim Breitner
Hi Edd,

you have filed an ITP for gnome-bluetooth quite a while ago. Are you
still working on it? You have uploaded to Ubuntu a while ago, is that
package suitable for Debian?

Greetings,
Joachim

Bug#253735:

2005-10-10 Thread Sam Clegg
Any progress on getting this package into debian? I use it on several
machines and it would be really useful.

Also the unofficial package that I was using seems to have disappeared
from http://debian.usefulinc.com/

If I can help then please let me know.

How is this going? I downloaded the unofficial .deb packages available
at the mentioned URL and they worked fine. But the functionality seems
to be very limited. Is there anything one could help on this (both the
Debian and the upstream side?). Or are there any other GUI solutions
available (I didn't find any)?
