On the machine the i386-build was done, /var/mail was world-readable
(don't flame me), so configure seemed to not build dotlock then.

Will be fixed next upload (maybe tonight).

I did that after your report a while ago, and my last package[0]
includes muttng_dotlock.

I hard-linked muttng_dotlock to mutt_dotlock but it didn't
help. I might futz with it later, once I get sick of using
vanilla mutt for my Inbox. ^_^
