I also noticed that anyterm can execute an arbitrary "shell". So something like "ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED]", where %u expands to the username of the HTTP_AUTH authenticated user, might work just as well and be more secure. Regards, -Roberto -- Roberto C. However, I am still working on finding a solution to being able to allow logins without requiring the addition of the www-data user to the utmp group. This is currently necessary because of the way the application is written. However, this is not acceptable from a security perspective.
